The Asset Management department within University Facilities and Services is dedicated to delivering operational excellence, reliability, and strategic asset stewardship in support of the University of Rochester’s mission in education and healthcare

Through the collaborative efforts of Asset Operations, Customer Service, Materials Management, Safety and Compliance, Project Management, and Training, we ensure the full lifecycle performance of University assets—providing 24/7 service responsiveness, proactive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource management.
