Schlegel Hall

George C. Schlegel
Caroline Stecher Siegel
Helen Schlegel Moretz

Ground was broken on May 16, 1990 for a new building for the Simon School of Business Administration.  The building was largely funded by a gift from 1937 UR graduate Helen Schlegel Moretz in honor of her parents, George C. Schlegel and Caroline Stecher Siegel.  Schlegel was a long time partner of the Schlegel Manufacturing Company in Rochester.

There appears to be nothing in the building mentioning the Schlegel family.
