All work to meet university design standards. Project must provide all required utility meters and I/P drops as identified by CU. Piping systems (above and below ground) must be hydrostatically tested, chemically cleaned and flushed, witnessed by a Central Utilities representative. All electrical equipment must have recommended factory and field tests completed and results provided to CU before start up. All new medium voltage switchgear to be cleaned, all protective relay settings/fuses verified and reports furnished. Arc flash labeling applied to all equipment. Interruption rating (KA) for electrical equipment must be reviewed with CU and engineer of record during design. No underground digging without a Dig Safely approval.
