Capital Project Status Code Listing. This field is for use with Capital Projects. It describes the status of the project. This table requires no modification. A complete listing is available within FAMIS.

Craft Code Listing. Craft code table is designed to describe the nature of the work. It has been modified and requires no further modification.

Crew . The Crew Table defines the crews available for assignment of work. This table is under review as of August 16, 2004.

Equipment Keywords: This table has been modified as requested by the operating divisions. A complete listing is available within FAMIS.

Equipment Type Listing: This table has been modified as rquested by the operating divsions. A complete listing is available within FAMIS.

Maintenance Type Codes. This table has been modified as requested byoperating divisions. A complete listing is available within FAMIS.

Method Code. This table was reviewed and required no modification. A complete listing is available in FAMIS.

PM Category Listing. This table was reviewed and required no modification. A complete listing is available within FAMIS.

PM Status Code. This table was reviewed and required no modification. A complete listing is available within FAMIS.

Project Phase Status Code Listing. This table was reviewed and required no modification. A complete listing is available within FAMIS.

Service Request Status Code The service request status code descsribes the current status of the service request. All requests for service that come through this department are turned into a work order and the service request is immediately closed automatically by the system. There are other applications for the service request that are not currently widely used. As of August 16, 2004, this table is under review.

Work Order Cause Codes These codes are designed to be used by the performer of the work to define the nature of the problem that was discsovered. As of August 16, 2004, this table is under review.

Work Order Action Code These codes are designed to be used by the performer of the work to describe what action was taken. As of August 16, 2004, this table is under review.

Work Order Condition Codes These codes are designed to describe the condition of problem requiring the work order. As of August 16, 2004, this table is under review.

Work Order Status Code The Work order status code describes the current status of the work order. As of August 16, 2004, this table is under review.
