Rochester Management Incorporated (RMI) is responsible for all service requests at River Road. Please contact the Whipple Park office at (585) 424-4510 to place a service request.
The River Road Auditorium was recommended as a possible site for my upcoming event? How would I find information on the rental of this property?
The Property Management Office at (585) 275-2082 manages the rental of the River Road Auditorium that is
located at 300 East River Road. Upon request, a rental information packet will be sent to you. In addition assistance with audio, visual, or specialty requests for other services such as parking attendants and maintenance can be arranged through this office.
As a resident student at the River Road Complex, how can I receive Federal Express packages?
The Property Management Office signs for student packages from UPS or Federal Express. The resident student will be notified by a posting on their mailbox. You will be requested to sign for, as well as asked to provide appropriate picture ID for any item that you are retrieving.
How may I obtain information on renting office pace in the River Road Complex?
