Mission Statement:
To support the University in accomplishing its academic, healthcare, research, and public service mission by providing responsive, courteous, cost-effective and safe Hazardous Waste collection and disposal as well as timely and cost-effective assistance to those managing projects involving asbestos, lead or other activities that are regulated by environmental law.

Responsible for managing the disposal of all chemical waste and other types of regulated waste with the exception of infectious waste. Services provided include chemical waste pickups, assistance with chemical storage and disposal. Provides information on reducing waste and offers free surplus chemicals to laboratories
